Rasiels Mom, Manako Ukio. :D She was 24 when she died, while giving birth to Rasiel, she wasn't actually a ninja, she just used soul control ability, only sometimes, cause she had to hide her abilities, or her clan would kill her, like they tried to kill Rasiel. She also wore black contack lenses to hide her yellow eyes.
