I finally moved my lazy ass and made this short preview of Madarame's kekkei genkai. xD So, Raikagan is Iriye's kekkei genkai, and has five degrees. The first degree is the most unique degree, and it happens very rare to someone has it. It lets to control mind of a target, changing his mind, beliefs, dreams and points of view, like everything. It doesn't let to see memories, or hear thoughts, or something. Raikagan just let user to modificate someone's mind. In general. xD I'm so tired that I don't know what to say, so... This is rather a simple gif, but I still spent two days doing it. x__x Nya, hope you like. xD
